Tile splash back + Fire half tiling

Renovating kitchen and would like a tile splash back on the back wall plus some floor tiling in an old fire half which will fit a new cabinet. Approximate splash back area is 2700 by 700 (around cabinets and window) and approximate area for fire half is 1370 by 850. Kitchen should be installed by the 14th July so would be hoping to get it completed by the end of July.
