Replace existing backsplash/kitchen tiles

I'm wanting to replace our current black subway tiles in our kitchen with white subway tiles. The kitchen is approx 3m x 3 m and the photo shows (roughly) how the black tiles are currently a backsplash and also provide a border for the other wall by the window.
