Job description
I have a small home just out of Twizel. It's 10 years old and the sun has rotted the wool carpets near the windows. I am looking for someone to lay tiles for me just where the sun catches the most - around the 2 outside edges of the living room, across 1 outside edge of the master bedroom, and to completely replace the lino in the kitchen with tiles. I'm thinking of just 1 600mm tile deep around the edge bits and more obviously in the kitchen. The carpet will also need to be trimmed to size and the edges secured. Preferably this work to be done before the end of July. I'm hoping someone will be able to help. Thanks.

Great job. many thanks. The original price was based on Pete staying in the house to do the work but a water pipe had burst so he couldn't stay there and so this new price covers accommodation too, which is fair. Sorry for the inconvenience!
