Irishman drive, Twizel - New build bathroom and splashbacks

I have a new build in Twizel that requires tanking to the shower and tiles to the walls and splashbacks (flooring is polished concrete). Kitchen splashbacks will also be needed. There is also a new build in Cromwell that will require tiling too if interested. Both jobs are 12-15 weeks away from being ready.
