Remove the lowest 2 tiles on 3 x walls and all floor tiles including the drainage channel. Gib on wall needs to be replaced, grind the existing adhesive on floor Waterproof the wall and floor surround the Channel drain install tiles back to wall, floor and put back the drain channel.
