Plumber, tiler & electrician required to provide comparative quotes for small bathroom renovation. Plumber: - remove current toilet, shower & vanity; - install new toilet in existing position; - install new bath & shower over bath; - install vanity in new position; - new tapware. Electrician: - advise on & install extractor fan; - install underfloor heating & heated towel rail; - advise on & install lighting. Tiler: - tile floor & wall tile around shower over bath. NB: Hoping to have the job completed btwn 22 Dec & 15 Jan so only those who are able to assist over that period should reply please.

Some 8 months on, still waiting for detailed breakdown for their costs as we were very surprised to receive an additional invoice with no discussion/warning. Worker was friendly but slow. Have subsequently been told there is potential fire danger with our halogen spotlights (he's not left the required clear space around them) so we don't even use them. Good, but not great and could definitely work on their communication skills.
