Went over the job details with and got verbal assurance that all under control. Contoured tiles with wave pattern need to match up, unsure if we had enough, offered to get more if needed. Job looked okay initially but after grout and seal applied, looked closer and found tiles not flush and pitted grout and seal but more importantly mismatched tiles where contours don't line up.
