Tile and Leak Remediation

There has been a faulty seal between the door frame and the tiles and this has let water in. This has damaged the skirting board and water has possibly got under a tile cracking it. I want to fix the leak, replace the skirting board, see what’s under the tile and fix the floor if required and replace the tile(s).
