Waterproofing and tiling small bathroom (walls only)

This job is quite urgent, we cannot replace 2nd toilet until new shower in bathroom next door goes in, we have the tiles, glue, grout, insert (shelf for shower) so this will be a labour only job. Ideally hoping to get this done next week sometime, it's a small bathroom 2740 x 1760 plus a nook where toilet sits 870 x 900 (photos attached) the tiles are classic white gloss subway (not bevelled) to be laid like brick pattern, we are also not bothered what hours you want/need to work - weekdays, weekend, evening. We have my husbands large family converging on us on the 20th Dec and we need 2 toilets!, we have all the new bathroom fittings ready to go and we are demo'ing slowly as we speak, just need to lock in tiling and waterproofing behind the shower area.
