We want a new toilet, shower and vanity put into a cottage next door to our house to replace the existing amenities. It is a very small area so want to maximise the space with what will be most effective. Floor to be tiled, bathroom heater and possibly towel rail to be installed. Also a small partition to be removed and wall/s made good for painting and decorating.

Shayne did no work at all on this job due to a busted van and shoulder so used sub-contractors. He was a great organizer to draw together a range of trades people to complete the job.

"With regards to cost my price did not vary at all.Extra cost was incurred with owner wanting laundry and new window fitted in bathroom. Schedule variation due to owner changing flooring from vinyl to tiles which held job back 11 days. So allowing for extras and delays for tiles we were on track S.Q."
