Bathroom tiling job

I need the bath surround and vanity tiled in my bathroom. I will provide the tiles. The area to be tiled is 4.2m2. The quote needs to include labour, tiling adhesive, grout and silicon materials. I will also need the taps removed from the bath so if you can provide a cost for that as well that would be great, otherwise I will organise that myself. Please advise what sort of finish the surface needs to be to put the tiles on. There is currently a surround on there - unsure of what the material is. Its sheets of something. I would like the job completed within the next month ideally.
