This is a new build for 2022. Three Bathrooms to tile - all walls to ceiling plus floors. Wet floor showers in each room and each room has a tiled shelf in the shower. Looking at larger format tiles. Total Net area to tile is 90 sqm. Tiler to apply the water proof membrane to the shower areas.
