Tiling Walls - Help Required

HI there, I recently have renovated my kitchen and have started tiling my walls, however I have reached a point where I feel that I need some help. I have the tiles, and grout etc but do not have a tile cutter, nor something to cut the trim I would like around the tiles. There are two walls, the one in picture is going to be 5 tiles high, and wraps around behind the oven and the wall near the door. The other side of the kitchen has tiles which are three high and wrap around the other side of the door.
