Bathroom/Laundry

We need a cracked tile removed in the ensuite bathroom and replaced (we have a spare tile) and a couple of skirting tiles cut to enable a new toilet to fitted flush with the wall. We also want the some tiling done above the laundry bench. This is new, as it has previously been painted. The ensuite is the most pressing, as we have had the old toilet removed and the other tiles regrouted and sealed.
