A small number of tiles on the bath surround wall were cracked due to building repairs on the other side of the wall. They need to be popped out and replaced. Also, grout on bath edge to be cleaned or replaced. (Bonus if you're handy and also able to put back some bedroom trim and skirting post-painting)
