Ensuite grouting

We've recently had a new ensuite built, with floor to ceiling subway tiles on all walls. However, we asked for light grey grouting, but there a various shades of light, medium and dark grey throughout the room, likely due to inadequate mixing of the grout before application. The tilers have tried to remedy this but the grout is still patchy with a lot of dark grey areas remaining. They are now refusing to do any further work. So we are now after a quote to take to the renovation company, so we can have the grouting fixed by alternative tilers. Room is roughly 16m2.
