Tiling of concrete shower box

We have a unit in Avalon with a concrete shower box. It has been painted int he past but the paint is now peeling off quite badly (photo supplied is an old on). We have had it recommended to look at tiling the base of the shower, and depending on cost, the walls too. Because of the curves I understand it might need to be a mosaic type tile on the base and then maybe bigger ones on the wall. Could you please provide two prices - one to do just the base area, wrapping over to the the vinyl and then one to tile the wall? The alternative for us is to ceretone the walls and tile the floor - happy for thoughts on this
