Kitchen floor revamp

We are looking for a quote and availability for someone to tile our kitchen floor, it is only 3 square meters and half wood/half concrete currently. There is black gum on the floor from where we removed the lino which also needs to be removed pre tiling. Our tiles should arrive by the 5th December and we would like to get the job finished before Christmas is possible. Photo of the floor as it is currently below.
