floor tiling

Have 25m2 of tiling to be done in an entrance onto a dining room/kitchen, onto a little bit of hallway, onto a laundry. We have the tiles (600mm x 600mm). Walls already painted so would like to avoid removing skirting...so cutting into it to place tiles underneath or tiling up to the skirting....would take suggestions on that. Just want an idea of cost for labour, grout, adhesive, and plywood/membrane/concrete board (which ever the tradesperson recommends). Cheers Ryan
