Kitchen backsplash

We recently installed new kitchen cabinets and benchtop but thought we should leaving the tiling to someone who knows what they are doing. Photos below show the area we need to tile. Not sure if we want to do just under the window or the whole way across the bench so your thoughts and also a price for both would be appreciated. We are also wanting to have tiles on the end cabinet where the red bench currently is and also have wall tiles. This will be for hot items (pots etc)
