Multiple areas require tiling Bathroom, Hallway, Stairs

We are currently redoing the hallway and bathroom. The hall and stairs needs floor tiles and bathroom will be floor and wall tiles including the shower box. Also want to extend tiles out onto the deck from the kitchen and lounge areas. This is an ongoing project. I will underlay and supply tiles, just need a professional to measure and advise how many tiles required for the job and then lay the tiles. Start time would be in new year period, but measure would be this side of Xmas to allow time to order the tiles in.
