Tiled bathroom for granny flat.

I'm wanting a tiled Bathroom that has a rail on the wall, and no walls. The bathroom is small and has a basin, toilet and square shower currently. Id prefer a shower without walls. SO mum can put her shower chair in there and have a bit more space. I need a plumber to change the mixing of water, because the pressure is like mist lol
