Skirting board along the bottom of a wall that backs onto the shower, has come away from the wall, indicating that maybe there's dampness behind it. The lower tiles in the shower on the other side of the same wall look as if the grouting has worn, so we think this might be what the problem is. No other sign of dampness (no smell, for example) but we want to sell the house and feel we should fix the problem before we do.
