Splash back in the kitchen

I have a 3m by 0.8m wall area to tile. I need to have some GIB installed to tile on but this has been cut to size and the wall has battens on it ready to go. There are three sockets that will need to be cut around but there is space on lower edge and one side to limit addition tile cutting, although need to look balanced. I have purchased the tiles (300x75mm) and am looking for a tiler to install them. I have not purchased adhesive or grout, so can discuss options as to purchase or tiler to supply.
