Need 12 tile and a splashback installed in our kitchen

Approx 12 , 200x300x10mm kitchen tiles and a 600x700x5mm glass splash back need installing but the wall is bowed and there is a gap between the bench and wall in 2 places thickest gap being 16mm. Getting a new bench cut is not an option.
