Bathroom - Tiling Floor and 1.2m up Walls (4 tiles high)

Tiles and Grout supplied. Job includes: Waterproofing floor (new compressed sheet floor has been installed by builder). Install --- Porcelain tiles on floor. Install --- Ceramic tiles up walls (1.2m, so 4x horizontal tiles high) Install black aluminium trim above wall tiles. Silicone application. Shower area will not need tiling. Photo attached of our ensuite which was renovated18 months ago, as an example of what we're after (everything the same).
