Tiles, plaster, carpet & heat pump jobbies

I have 8 tiles at the front door of my rental that has lifted. The original tiling seems not to have been done on concrete, it looks like gravel underneath. I am cost sensitive but do need a long term solution, so lets talk. I have wallpaper and have a few small holes in the walls that needs to be gib plastered (covered until I replace the wallpaper) I have two areas in the carpet that needs carpet patch replaced. I need my heat pump serviced and gas replaced. Which of the above jobs can you help me with. Many Thanks Deirdre
