Laundry floor tiling

This is a very small job tiling a laundry floor that is just a little over 4 square metres. It includes a cupboard where a new hot water cylinder is to be installed and so it would be good to get it done as soon as possible so that there is hot water again. A builder is onsite repairing some water damage after the old cylinder leaked. He has just finished putting in a new laundry floor. Hopefully someone can fit this job into their schedule. Will probably only take an hour or two.
