Tile Kitchen floor
Job description
At this time we are undertaking renovation in our kitchen. Size of the kitchen floor 7460mm in length X 3120mm in width. The fridge, oven, and everything else on the floor will be removed and cleared out so it’s easier to do the job. We will provide the tiles. What we need from you is the adhesive, tile spacers, grout, tools, labour ext. Also good communication, on time attitude, and a tile layer that just gets into it. The photos show what needs to be done but we would appreciate it if you could come in and look at the floor and give a quote. We are based in Waiuku so if there’s any tile layers near by and is able to do the job before the 13th of November this coming month that would be great. Apparently the tile layer we usually use has gone over seas. At this time of the year, specially coming in to Xmas I know all tile layers are flat out busy. Hope there is a possibility that there will be one to do the job. With the tiles we have not yet brought any due to knowing if we would have a tile layer to do the job. Once we are confirmed with one, we will then provide it. The size of the tiles will ether be standard 300x300mm or 600x600mm depending on what we can afford. We can still discuss this for both parties.

Great job well done installing the tiles, Clean and professional. Schedule was good & finished on time & Communication was great. Only issue was under the cavity sliding door, it was scraping the tiles, where this should have been looked at before doing a job. I did ask to come in to look at the job and give a quote, but I only got quoted on line. So this could have been sorted before hand. It also made my building work harder re-adjusting. Other than that, the whole job was great. Thanks Bob.

"Do not understand how exactly would sliding doors become higher if I was to visit site before the job starting date.
Also, customer gave us 3 for "How well they kept to the quoted cost" regardless of us finishing the job for exactly the same price as the job was quoted.
