Bathroom tiling

We need a tiler this month (November), to tile our bathroom. We need the floor and the walls tiles, and the shower needs to be tiled to be waterproof. We also would like to hear some advice on how to make a shower tray by building tiles/bricks up from the ground, please refer to the picture as an example, and if this would be something you would be able to do? We would provide the tiles, but not any other materials. room measurement: Floor: 1500mm (width) x 2285mm (length) Tiling height in the bathroom: either 2420mm or 1345mm We still need to select tiles, but the tiles would probably minimum of 200mm or max 600mm.
