re-tiling of 2 x shower floors

Hi, I am after someone to re-tile our 2 showers. We have had a tiler and a plumber through to ascertain a leak in our on suite shower the plumber performed a number of tests and determined the there was no leaking from the piping inside the walls. The tiler has further established that the tiling was done was by an inexperienced tiler with tiles being butted up against one another void of grout on the shower floor which has led to the leaking of water between the waterproofing and the floor out to the carpet. We don't use the main shower so hadn't noticed any leaking in this one however since finding the on suite one leaking, we started using the main one and have noticed this leaking also. The plumber checked this shower also with the same conclusion. We have tiles already. Regards Ben
