Front door floor needs replaced. #2

I need my front door floor replaced as dog has ripped up the floor and part of the floor boards. Also need to have 9 tiles laid over top will buy couple more if necessary. Not a big job as it's only inside entrance. Landlord has asked me to do a few quotes. As we need it done as soon as possible preferably before the end of the year.
