Re-do floor tiles and some re-grouting

I have a couple of tiles that have lifted up and I am wanting to get completely lifted and then re-applied to the floor. One of these is under a toilet which will need to be removed/re-installed. There is also some extra re-grouting required around the base of the outside of the shower. (The thin tiles around the outside)
