Sand and polyurethane cork tile floor

We have cork tiles in our kitchen and dining room that need to be sanded and polyurethaned. Attached is the exact measurements of the area we need done (all measuements are in cm). The total area is approximately 18sqm. We would like a quote for the job. We would like an immediate quote that can be conditional on a later site measurement and view. Which means we want an estimated quote now, without having to see the place, and if we decide to take you then you can come and measure and make sure it is all as we stated. (we will be putting in a new kitchen, so you would be able to do it after we take the old one out and before we put the new one in - should make it an easier job).
