We were happy with Warwicks verbal contact when he returned the contact ,which was not quickly. he almost never replies to emails Warwick comes across as a very likeable person but lacks promptness and his tiler that did the job did a third class job, the floor tiles were not even nor spaced apart properly he made weird cuts which made it look worse, Warwick said the tiler would not work for him again but also said the tiler would fix his workmanship I declined this due to the substantial partial repair would not look in place with the rest of the floor if he did manage to fix it and I felt the water proofing may have been compromsed, and i doubted he could have done a suitable repair of it. The corner of the shower cubicle should have had even width tiles but the tiler started the job in the furthest corner finishing in the shower corner leaving two different sizes of tile in the feature corner of the shower. I was offered a refund of some of the cost which was not generous nor has it resolved the issue. I think retro spectively I would have preferred the whole floor and one wall redone because each time I enter the bathroom I see the flaws and get irritated by it. I am still waiting on a compliance certificate that I asked for twice in emails along with further promised information and have had no response to date I feel I need to call on the business to get satisfaction.

Tradesperson reply
"We have not received any emails to date for a compliance ceriticate but this can be aranged. As to the tiling we agree that the job was not to the best but in the case of the floor the waste was not in the centre of the shower and the tiler tryed to form the tiles at 45dec to the waste to make the fall. With the wall tiles a large number of tiles had their corner cut out to inset small coloured tile and by cutting small chips are made but these are coved by the grout and can only be seen when you get very close to the tile."
