Balcony tiles re-seal/re-grouting

A couple of the tile grouts have come away and letting water underneath, see photos. I’d prefer not to replace the tiles and just repair existing, but open to advice on how best to approach. Ideally I’d like the whole balcony to be weather tight again to avoid any water ingress in future. The balcony is around 3m x 4m (maximum)
