Demolish Old Tiles and install new tiles

We need to repair the house foundation. Plan is we need to remove the old tiles and wait for foundation guys complete the job(around 3 days), then install new tiles. I am looking for demolish Old Tiles and install new tiles. * Small area Around 5sqa-6sqa * demolition includes adhesive removal and grinding and old tile in first day * install new tiles (we are trying to keep costs down, so any tiles rougly match the colour works) * rubbish removal cost?
