Two bathrooms and laundry tiling
Job description
New build, two bathrooms and laundry, permitted, so specified waterproofing will have to be used. I need a decent tiler who can quote for this job. I am considering tiling at least one bathroom all the way to the ceiling. Laundry only the floor and skirting. Depending on the cost, 2nd bathroom possibly could also be tiled to the ceiling - give me clear options so that I can make an informed decision. 600x600mm tiles. Both bathrooms will have underfloor heating, supplied by electrician, but it has to be installed under the tiles i presume by the tiler as well. I need you to come on site, have a look and talk to me before quoting, rather than just fire the quote via e-mail.

I found Sam approachable, willing to listen and also offer good advice. These qualities made me choose him, in addition to being able to produce PS3 for my job. I was always informed what's happening and could contact him to sort out small issues that inevitably happen during the course of construction. He was able to explain in detail his process and where other tradies come in. I am happy with workmanship of his crew and recommend him to anyone looking for a quality tiler.
