Tiler required,

I have a rental pty that has a couple of broken tiles. I'd like to replace these tiles with the same tiles I have that are laid under the stairs, (i.e. pull up 2 tiles from under stairs to replace the 2 broken tiles). I also have a couple of other small remedial jobs at my other rental so am looking for tiler that likes to do small jobs that I know some other tilers do not like to do.
