Exterior deck - tiling and waterproof membrane

An exterior deck has a waterproofing membrane and is tiled. It is over the lounge ceiling. The ceiling has a long crack and there is a small hole letting water through. Some of the tiles on the deck have come loose. We suspect there is either a break in the membrane or the plywood has moved. We need the tiles uplifted, the membrane checked and patched or replaced. The deck then needs to be retiled. There may also be repairs required to the ceiling in the lounge.
