***BEWARE OF THIS TRADESMAN!!!!** This guy's a total rip off! Never turns up on time.You have to run around trying to track him down. Took 50% deposit upfront, assured us he'd get the job done within the time frame and never even finished half of the job! He's greedy and he leads you to believe he knows what he's doing but the guy ain't got a bloody clue!! Kept coming up with all sorts of excuses from having to go to an A & E to car breaking down. Turned up in the afternoons and yet kept saying ours was the only job that he was doing - yeah right! Then he just didn't turn up, won't return phone calls/Txts and he's still got our money!!! He's a pro in lying and cheating - but definitely not tiling! The man doesn't know what he's doing. Workmanship is crap! Kept adding more to the original cost! So we forked out another $200 bucks over and above what he had initially quoted. He was meant to assess the job thoroughly before giving us a cost but he didn't. To justify his crappy workmanship, he came up with all sorts of excuses! He's ruined our tiling job! He's tiles are all out of alignment, wrong coloured grout, huge gaps here and there! He has absolutely no idea about tiling. All talk no action - that's what this guy is! Calls himself a professional tiler!! Yeah right!!! He'll take your $$ and run! So spare yourselves the trouble and not to mention the $$ & find someone else! DO NOT TOUCH THIS TRADESMAN WITH A BARGEPOLE!! Unprofessional! Unethical! I'll be taking this one further so keep an eye out because I'm forwarding all his messages to Target! These type of people need to be exposed so others don't get ripped off! Someone has to hold him responsible! Read up his reviews on --- as well! He's muddied his reputation on the --- website and now it seems he jumped to this website to try and rip other innocent people off!! Do not fall for his B.S cause he's full of nothing but B.S! We've got someone else in to evaluate the situation - this time someone who knows about tiling and he was absolutely disgusted at Mark's workmanship! 'The guy does not know jack about tiling' - I was told!

"This matter is being fully investigated as this client was not only making false accusations but has texted me numerous messages stating that if I refund $200 she will REMOVE THE NOVEL she has written..That alone is stating that she has not only done me out of alot of work but has made me look unprofessional and not worthy. Clients like this need to be made accountable for there actions.. She not only wanted a cheap job done on her parents property but also wasn't worried about the quality as they were selling the house anyway "HER WORDS" If the comment she has made was TRUE then why has this idiot not posted up pictures of my shabby work?? Makes one wonder when she has gone to great lengths to make my company out to be at fault but no proof that I never completed or did a crap job. As for taking this clients deposit, of course I took the deposit and because she was so painful I did not want to do anymore work for her. This client will not get away with this and I hope she dont ruin any other tradesman in the future because its people like her who cost good tradesman like myself..."
