Bungalow - Bathroom & kitchen backsplash
Job description
We have two tiling jobs to complete on a refurbishment project on our grey lynn bungalow. 1. A small family bathroom which is being gutted and replaced with floor to ceiling tiles (approx 3m long x 1.6m wide x 2.5m high) 2. A new kitchen BackSplash to be laid in a brick pattern, along with some additional tiling around the adjacent window and benchtop. I have tried to describe the job in the attached images and can provide a further brief in PDF on contact. The property is currently tenanted and we have arranged for site visits on Tues 23 November between 10am -12pm for interested trades to inspect the job and discuss, so that final quotes can be prepared. The job will take place in the new year, between late Jan and March, we expect to be onsite for approx 6-8 weeks completing the refurb, so there' s some flexibility in the timing for when this job can be done.

Alex did a fantastic job of both our bathroom and kitchen tiling. Our bathroom needed a new sub-floor (which we didn't know before we stared the job) and Alex managed it all in his stride. His work is perfection and he readily helped share ideas and advice. We can totally recommend Alex to anyone after a top quality job.
