Tile regrouting and some shower silicone filler

Will try to attach photos. My bathroom was done about 10 years ago and I wonder if the grouting wasn’t great? It looks gritty in places… anyhow I need some patch ups done. There are 2 or 3 large tiles that have small areas in the edge that have disappeared/come out. Also there is the section around the shower plug that looks as though the grout was done unevenly and in some places needs fixing( if that is possible)? Also have a small patch at end of shower glass pane. I also need a small section of silicone replaced in the corner of a shower Thank you Mary
