Job description
Tiling of first floor bath room Scope of work: 1. Floor tiles: lay client supplied floor tiles- 900 x 450 Summit Dark Matt floor tiles (6m2 approx) Trades person to supply adhesive and grout. 2. 100 high skirting tile: lay and cut client supplied tiles as #2 with aluminium edge trim. Trades person to supply edge trim. (6.5m) 3. Splash backs to vanity and bath: lay only client supplied 400 x 200 high glazed wall tiles, trades person to supply adhesive, grout and aluminium edge trim. (5 lm) Job to be undertaken 5-7 July. Refer attached floor plan.
