repair cracked tile in shower and repair hole in ceiling of laundry

We discovered that we have a cracked tile in an upstairs shower when there was a leak in the laundry room beneath it. A plumber created a hole in the laundry ceiling to investigate what was causing the leak. Now we want the cracked tile in the shower fixed and the hole in the ceiling repaired.
