Tiling backsplash in kitchen
Job description
We are renovating our kitchen and need someone to tile the back-splash around the kitchen (approximately 4.3m2). The new kitchen is being installed on 22/23 July, so the tiling would be after that. The walls will be new gib so no need to remove any existing tiles etc. We are looking to tile with white hexagonal tiles with a light grey grout - similar to the one in the photo (for reference only; not our kitchen). We may or may not supply the tiles (depending on what price the tiler may be able to get them for versus what we can get them for). There will be other tiling work in future if the job is done well.

Was fairly happy with the job - turned out well in the end, kept to the budget, showed up when he said, and was easy to get in contact with, but the job ran over time, he left a couple of times without saying anything, I had to get them to correct a few mistakes (and had to pay to get the wall re-plastered where they originally put the tiles too high), plus used a lot more tiles than anticipated even taking wastage into account. Overall, happy though.
