Wall Tiles in Kitchen - Mt Wellington

The wife wants tiles on the kitchen walls from the upstand of the benchtop to the under-side of the wall-hung cabinets, and a thin strip along under the window-sill. It's about 1.1SQM all up, and we have already purchased 2 SQM of gloss-white --- tiles for the job & allowing for some wastage. (Some of them will need to be cut down) Also, we want to put a single strip of left-over tiles around sinks in the bathroom, 2-walls --- downstairs We'd also like all edges to be finished with a rounded silver trim which you would supply. Job is ready to be done now. Please see the drawings, thanks for looking! :)
