Kitchen floor tiling - job ready now!

We have had new kitchen cabinets installed and need the floor tiled before kickboards are installed. The area is approximately 10-11 square metres and we have --- light grey tiles, and would like grouting to match. The tiling is on top of old floorboards so there may be some levelling required. It should be a relatively straightforward job, the only tricky bit is there is a floor heating vent that the tiles will need to bkkm,e cut around. We would also like a wooden transition added at the edge of the tiles (where tiles will meet the living room wooden floorboards), similar to what we have at the edge of our bathroom tiles (photo attached).
