Received consent and about to begin fairly extensive renovation of our house. Will be converting the current layout (which is similar to two one bedroom flats) into one three bedroom home. All internal walls except for one will be shifted or removed with some structural work required. Renovation will include new bathroom, powder-room, en suite, kitchen etc. A small area of external structure is to be removed to widen driveway to make room for vehicles. Wanting labour only quotes for the building along with quotes for subcontractors.
