New tiling in bathroom

We are wanting to renovate the bathroom in our unit early next year. It's quite small (roughly 2m x 2.5m) but we're wanting tiles on the floors and all the walls (including the total shower which will be recessed). Plus we'd be requiring underfloor heating to be installed. We'll have a builder line the walls with all new Gib Aqualine, but the tiler will need to put a waterproof membrane on the floor (currently just polished wooden flooring). I have attached a photo of the existing bathroom and a floor plan of the measurements. The tiles we're looking at are 600mm x 600mm.
